1. Prepare the Space
Light the candle. Place your crystal beside the water and hold your journal in your lap.

2. Call in Your Spirit/Soul Team
Say aloud (or from the heart):
“Beloved soul team, I call you now.
Guardians, guides, light-beings of my highest path—
I open my heart and welcome your presence.

Pause. Feel. Breathe.
3. Touchstone Activation
Hold your crystal to your heart. Imagine a thread of light rising from your heart, reaching upward into the stars.
This thread touches each member of your team—some known, some still unnamed—and connects you in a radiant web of light.

4. Open the Channel
Stare softly at the candle or close your eyes.
