Let it pulse and expand with every breath.
- Speak the Truth: Say aloud one or more truths you hold most dear. For example:
“I am worthy.” “I trust myself.” “I am a divine being with free will.”
Let your voice be strong.- Seal the Ritual: Hold your power symbol and whisper:
