Journaling / Thoughts Leading to the Message:
While journaling in third person I was thinking about the ‘voices in our heads’, the ongoing conversations and thoughts that we have with ourselves. Who is taking to us – who are we talking to? Where do those thoughts come from? Could we really be talking with our Higher Self?
The Message
Mankind reached a point of acceptance — acceptance of being manipulated and controlled, as a collective and for most people. But now people are waking up — they are starting to see more clearly, the fog is lifting. What many want more than anything is true sovereignty, but many don’t see the bigger picture. Many think that a new car or home or a new relationship will fulfill them, but it will only fill their outer needs; their inner needs require something much more substantial, and yet, it is much easier to get really.
Remembering, remembering is the key to true freedom, the key to personal sovereignty.
As more and more people begin to remember, everything changes. Love, joy, and peace are everywhere. No one wants harm for others.That world is coming. That world is yours, it’s waiting for you, it always has been.
And so it is.
Debbie’s Reflections:
Lately, I’ve become increasingly aware of the “conversations in our heads” the thoughts we have, and the ‘messages’ we receive. Where does that information come from?
I fully believe that we are programmed from a very early age to accept, follow, and to believe what is perceived by others, to be the ‘right’ way, the proper way to think. Whether referring to teachings from our parents, religious teachings, or those taught in schools or ways that are accepted by our peers or social groups and communities, our belief systems are greatly influenced by outside forces. And sadly, we have accepted that as the way life is supposed to be. But what if that’s not right? What if it’s time for us to find our own truths, to take a close look at our beliefs? We can release those that no longer serve our greatest good.
Finding personal sovereignty means finding your freedom – the freedom to think and feel authentically. The freedom to be who you really are. That freedom, my friends, is found within.

This message speaks profoundly to the collective shift underway. Humanity has long been caught in patterns of control and illusion, accepting limitations placed externally. Now, an awakening is unfolding — a rising clarity and desire for authentic sovereignty that transcends material or superficial fixes.
The emphasis on remembering points to the deep inner knowing and spiritual reconnection each individual must cultivate. True freedom is not granted by external circumstances but reclaimed from within, through awakening to one’s higher self and soul essence.
As more awaken, the collective fabric changes. The light of love, joy, and peace grows stronger, dissolving old fears and separation. This message reminds us all that the new world of harmony and unity already exists in potential, waiting for each soul to claim it through conscious remembering and choosing.
