I began the morning with meditation and reflection, focusing on gratitude for my good health and its continuance. I asked for guidance on proper food choices and exercise. As I journaled about the experience, I received the following message.

Dear Ones, each of you are on your unique journey and it is perfect for you. Do not try to force your journey into the mold of another’s. Honor thyself. Honor the fact that your journey is different, it is unique, and it is the way your evolution will unfold.
Many will follow similar paths and some will merge and intersect, but all are unique. Recognize each as perfection. Though they may not be perfect choices for you, they are perfect for some. Differences are not better or worse, they just are.
Many of you have lived hundreds of lifetimes. You’ve been in battles, you’ve given birth, you’ve loved, and you’ve died many times. Though your past lives are unlike those of others, all have faced challenges and struggles, and all have experienced love and joy. Wisdom of those journeys is still with you, Dear Ones. Your soul carries knowledge from the past and the future. Tap into it. This is part of the evolution.
As you evolve, you become a way-shower. Do not discard the knowledge, the wisdom of others. For each of you must find your truth, and it may look different than that of others. Your journey is perfect for you—every individual is traveling a perfect journey. Appreciate and honor the uniqueness around you.
Some seek truth in organized religions, others through ancient texts, and others go another way. It matters not. Seek your truth. You will know it when you find it. You will feel it. The truth resonates with your soul.
Dear Ones, do not judge the path of others. Simply observe, allow, and accept that their journey is perfect for them.
Walk your own path, walk it with honor and grace, for it is perfect for you.
