This morning I journaled about the things I plan to complete today and tomorrow. As my list grew, I began to wonder if I would have enough time to do everything I wanted to do. That was when the following message came through.

Dear Ones, there is no rush. Enjoy the moment. Moment by moment, you are in control. Make the moment count. This does not necessitate doing — enjoy moments of simply being.
Even when tending to tasks, the moments are yours. Release feelings that are less than desirable. Embrace those that bring you joy, peace, love, and inspiration.
Every moment counts. It is an opportunity to live in the now, to live in the present. Being present means living to the fullest. Whether you are spending time in quiet reflective moments or you are actively creating or toiling, your full presence opens doors of opportunities for growth and remembrance.
Dear Ones, as you remember growth occurs, as you grow spiritually, you remember more. The cycle continues like a neverending spiral. The spiral leads within to deeper sacred wisdom. This wisdom is there for you, waiting to be discovered, to be remembered.
Fear not what the future holds and waste not on the past. The time is now. It is always now.
Take a moment, Dear Ones, to close your eyes and breathe deeply. See with your third eye. Listen closely as you open your mind and your heart to what may come. Breathe in a sense of curiosity, a sense of wonder about the mysteries you hold within. You are free to open closed doors, to rediscover the things you never truly forgot. You hold such power and wisdom, Dear Ones. Close your eyes and see more clearly. Believe in yourself, for you are the master of your own universe.
Dear Ones, the world has held you back, but that need not continue. Awaken to the powers you hold, to the magnificence of who you are. We are in awe of your ability to persevere. Continue onward. Walk forward with honor and grace. Do not be fearful. You are loved and protected. Allow all good things to come.
Through the turmoil, a light will shine. That light is growing brighter, Dear Ones. More of you are awakening and as you do your light adds to the power of the collective. This cannot be stopped. The shift is happening, and it will soon be complete.
Enjoy the moments, Dear Ones. For each is unique. Each offers opportunities. Stay courageous and curious. The power to create a better reality is yours.

This message reminds us that every moment can be enjoyed, regardless of what we are doing. In my own life, I now find that I actually enjoy things I used to dread. For instance, simple household chores such as washing dishes or taking out the trash can feel like opportunities rather than burdens.
When I do dishes, my mind slips into a meditative state. I may be standing in my kitchen, but my spirit drifts into reflection, creativity, or prayer. Taking out the trash gives me a moment to step outside, breathe fresh air, and notice the nature around me.
This message also reminds us that moments of stillness and “just being” are deeply active in their own way. They draw us inward, deepen our connection with the Divine, and root us in the present. When we live in the moment, we are free from the weight of past and future, anchored instead in the now — which is truly all we ever have.
Our power is always in the now. This is where we remember, where we grow, and where spiritual awakening unfolds.
