Lately I’ve heard theories that some outside force is “de-programming” humanity. When I sit quietly with that idea, it doesn’t feel true in the literal sense. What feels real is that more of us are becoming aware—of how we’ve been influenced, of the energy moving through the world, and of the freedom that’s always been ours to claim.
Our programming began when we were born. But we can choose something different. Through conscious choice we can overcome the progrmming that we’ve been exposed to. We have the right to choose how we think, believe, and feel. In other words, we get to decide how we perceive things. This is the awakening I sense unfolding all around us.

We notice manipulation in advertising, contradictions in systems we once trusted, or sudden surges of emotion that don’t seem to belong to the present moment. These are signs of awareness expanding, not of outside control.
Science tells us that both the Sun’s activity and the Earth’s magnetic field affect our physiology and mood. Spiritually, many interpret this as energy assisting consciousness to evolve. The “veil” between inner and outer reality becomes thinner, and people start seeing life with new eyes.
The Real De-Programming
True de-programming is an inner process. It happens each time we pause before reacting, question a habitual thought, or turn off the noise long enough to feel what our own heart knows. It’s not enforced by institutions; it’s chosen by individuals. When millions of people make those small sovereign choices, the collective frequency rises naturally.
This rise often feels turbulent. Old emotional residue surfaces so it can be released. Social systems that thrived on division start to crumble. These aren’t signs of collapse but of recalibration.
The Role of Lightworkers
Those who are sensitive to energy often feel the intensity first. Lightworkers are here to anchor calm and clarity rather than to fight the darkness. Their work is to model discernment—listening deeply, questioning fear, and keeping compassion at the center. Each peaceful, loving act sends coherence into the collective field.

I believe we are living through an extraordinary transition. At times it’s uncomfortable, but when I look beyond the surface, I see humanity remembering its own light. I’m learning that awakening doesn’t mean escaping the world; it means engaging with it from a higher frequency. The more I honor that, the more clearly I see.
