💗 When preparing to meditate this morning, I felt my heart-shaped strawberry quartz crystal resonating with me — its energy both soothing and vibrant. As I began, I asked for guidance on what the next topic at Divine Harbor should be, following that with a simple request for whatever was next in divine timing.
During meditation, thoughts of people and events from the past began to arise. Rather than focusing on what had gone wrong or right, my attention was drawn only to what made each person and each experience so special. As I reflected, a wave of love washed through me — so expansive that it overshadowed every other emotion. Gratitude filled my heart for having known those people, for having lived those moments.
Then, in that state of love, I received a download of information, followed by a message from Spirit.

Realization — it is a choice to love. Humans made that choice. We could have come here and simply played our chosen roles, but because we are intrinsically kind and joyful, we found ourselves falling deeper and deeper into the choice of love. It’s like a spiral — it goes down, and love remains. Once the choice is made, there is no going back. The flame is burning — sometimes brightly, sometimes calm and steady. All will choose love.
MESSAGE:
This is what makes humanity so wonderful, Dear Ones. You chose love. Think about that. What would life on Earth be like without love? Desolate may be a good way to describe it. Barren. Without love, much would be lost.
Bonds made through love are everlasting, Dear Ones. Even if you lose touch, even if you part ways, and yes, even through death — from one incarnation to the next and beyond — a connection made through love will last.
This is why you may meet someone for the first time and feel like you know them. Depending on your level of alignment, you may feel an instant familiarity. The more you learn about them, the more it confirms that you did indeed know them before. You know it in your heart and soul. This is how you recognize your soul family, Dear Ones.
They may look different and play a different role in this life, but through the bond of love, that connection within will always remain. Your body and soul will never forget. Bonds made through love can never be broken.
This is why it is fitting that many marriage vows speak of love’s eternal bond — yet love is not limited to marriage. Love takes many forms; it is the connection between souls.
Through soul family connections, the world becomes a smaller, more intimate place. Open your heart to love — it is part of the awakening process.
