Lately, I’ve noticed a shift in what captures my attention. Many of the podcasts and teachers I once followed with enthusiasm now feel distant — not because they’ve lost value, but because something within me has changed. What once felt essential to my spiritual growth now feels like dessert after a nourishing meal.
I’ve discovered that my meal can be found within.
After journaling about this realization, the following message came through.

Dear Ones, it’s all connected. The seeker seeks, and any information that resonates is welcomed. The source may be a book, a podcast, a teacher, or even a song. Nudges of remembrance can be felt—because they resonate within, they resonate with the Soul. That internal rush can sometimes feel like a fire that doesn’t burn, and other times it is like a warm embrace, like being wrapped in a blanket of love.
The awakening journey is long and deep. Each lifetime plays a role, with each incarnation there are opportunities to grow, to remember more about who you truly are. Sacred wisdom is where you find it. Nature is an outstanding teacher. Open your eyes, Dear Ones. See and listen and you will learn. Look to the heavens. All are one—one is all.
Books, podcasts, and other sources are not needed, but they can be helpful. Whether used as a stepping stone or as a foundation of faith, accept what resonates as truth for as long as it serves your greatest good.
When your journey moves beyond the heart-felt desire for outside knowledge, that is a sign. It is a sign, Dear Ones, that the wisdom you seek is not out there, for it can only be found within.
The truth will be found—it will be remembered from within. External sources such as Divine Harbor, podcasts, and others can play an important role in spiritual growth and remembrance. Outside sources can prompt triggers. Like falling dominos, triggers can start with a single nudge and that nudge can result in the opening of many doors.
Sometimes nudges are not acknowledged or recognized right away. Dear Ones, when truth marinates it becomes stronger. Do not expect your journey to look like that of another. Your journey is unique—it is uniquely perfect for you. You are in control. There is no rush. All will happen in Divine timing.
Liberation is yours when you are ready. Love yourself where you are now, for that is the perfect place for you. Your reality, your awakening journey will change when you are ready.
Knowing yourself does not happen casually. Be open to signs and messages overlooked by many. Everyday magic is real. Synchronicities are not coincidences. And sometimes, a meaningful message may be delivered by another, by an unexpected source. That source may be unaware that the words will have spiritual meaning for you.
Dear Ones, this is not a game, but it can be compared to one. The key to the game is different for everyone and all must find their own way. As the journey deepens and enlightenment prevails, the truth within becomes increasingly obvious. Motivation to continue the journey is fortified. The seeker becomes an inspiration to others.
In this way, each moves through the journey, seeking, finding, and sharing. All journeys are sacred.
