- A white or gold candle
- A small piece of biodegradable paper or bay leaf
- A pen
- A manifestation crystal (like clear quartz, citrine, or labradorite)
- Optional: flower or seed to plant later

1. Create Your Space
Light the candle and place the crystal near the soil. Take a few deep breaths. Invite in your higher self, spirit team, and Source energy.
2. Ground and Center
Visualize roots extending from your feet into the Earth. Say:

On the paper or bay leaf, write a sentence that captures your dream in present-tense—something like:
