Ritual for Spiritual connection & Divine Alignment: Sacred Meeting with Your Spirit Team

Purpose:
To consciously invite and commune with your spirit guides, angels, or soul family.

You’ll Need:

• A violet or indigo candle (or white if needed)
• A journal
• A calming crystal: amethyst, celestite, or selenite
• Optional: a bell or chime

Steps:

1. Open Sacred Space
   Ring the bell/chime if you have one. Light your candle and hold your crystal. Breathe deeply and say:
   “I open this space with love and intention. I invite the members of my highest team to draw near.”
2. Enter the Heart Space
   Place your hand over your heart. Imagine light expanding from your chest, forming a meeting place of pure love.
3. Begin the Dialogue
   Say aloud or silently:
   “What would you have me know right now?”
   Then write freely in your journal. Allow their voices, impressions, or energy to come through. Don’t censor—just flow.
4. Thank and Close
   Thank your team. Blow out the candle. Say:
   “Thank you for walking with me. I welcome your support in every breath.”

Optional Affirmation:
“I am always supported, always guided, and never alone.”
