Being authentic walks hand in hand with self-love. You become more intentional about life. You discover—or rediscover—your passions; and when you follow your passions, you find joy.

I receive these messages through clairaudience. I actually “hear” the voice. Until now, the voice has always sounded like a sweet, kind female presence. The messages arrive slowly, with pauses that invite me to breathe them in.
This message, however, came differently. It arrived in a man’s voice—also kind and pleasant, but steadier, with a more flowing pace. It was one of the shortest messages I’ve ever received, but also one of the most powerful: be yourself, and in being yourself, you are free.
