🔮 For many years, I longed to meet my spirit guides. I’d read stories from others who spoke of their guides as close companions — and I wanted that, too.
Now, I can say I’ve met some of mine… and it is wonderful.
But if you haven’t met your guides yet, take heart: you’ve already been surrounded by beings who love you deeply. They’ve been with you your whole life, guiding you, whispering through intuition, and nudging you toward your highest good.

🌟 How to Call in Your Guides
1. Prepare Your Sacred Space
This doesn’t have to be elaborate. Light a candle. Burn sage or incense. Play soft music or nature sounds. What matters most is your intention.
2. Set Your Intention
Aloud or silently, call in your spirit guides — asking that only those aligned with your highest good enter your space.
3. Relax and Align
Sit comfortably with your feet on the floor. Begin a body scan: relax your feet, ankles, legs, all the way up to your crown. Breathe deeply.
Try this rhythm:
Inhale through the nose (4 seconds)
Hold (5 seconds)
Exhale through the mouth (6 seconds)
4. Visualize the Light
See light rising from the Earth through your feet. At the same time, visualize a brilliant light entering through your crown. Let these lights meet in your heart — a radiant explosion of connection.
5. Be Open to What Comes
Messages may come through vision, feeling, or subtle knowing. Trust what you receive. Even if it’s soft and quiet — it’s real. And it’s the beginning.
