Protection & Energy Clearing: Mirror of Light – Deflecting Negative Energy

Purpose:
To reflect and neutralize any negative energy directed toward you, reinforcing your aura with clarity, light, and resilience.

You’ll Need:

• A small mirror (hand mirror or compact)
• A white or silver candle
• A few drops of rosemary or peppermint essential oil (or a sprig of either herb)
• A glass of water
• Optional: a crystal like hematite or obsidian

Ritual Steps:

1. Create Sacred Space
   Light the candle and place the mirror facing outward (away from you). Add a few drops of oil to the water, swirling it gently. Set the crystal beside the mirror if using.
2. Call in Light
   Say:
   “I call upon divine light and sacred protection. Surround me with clarity, truth, and radiant peace.”
3. Hold the Mirror
   Gaze into it briefly, then turn it outward again. Say:
   “This mirror reflects all energy not aligned with love and truth. What is not mine returns to Source, transmuted into light.”
4. Anoint and Strengthen
   Dip your finger into the water and trace a circle or protective symbol (like a star or spiral) on your forehead and heart. Say:
   “I am safe, I am clear, I am surrounded by light.”
5. Close the Ritual
   Blow out the candle with gratitude. Place the mirror somewhere near your front door or altar for ongoing energetic reflection.
