Spiritual Connection & Divine Alignment: Shield of Divine Light

Purpose:
To fortify your energy field, clear outside influences, and feel fully protected in your sacred space.

You’ll Need:

• A black or deep blue candle (or white in a pinch)
• A small bowl of salt water (symbol of cleansing and boundary)
• Optional: black tourmaline, obsidian, or smoky quartz

Steps:

1. Cleanse Your Space
   Light the candle and sprinkle or flick some of the salt water around your body and your space. Breathe deeply.
2. Call In the Shield
   Say aloud or silently:
   “I call in a shield of divine light. Only what is of love and truth may enter my field.”
3. Visualize the Shield
   See a sphere of light forming around you—golden or white, maybe with tinges of violet or blue. It pulses with strength and clarity.
4. Anchor the Energy
   Hold your crystal or place it near the bowl. Affirm your safety and presence.
5. Close the Ritual
   Blow out the candle and pour the salt water into the earth (not down the drain if possible).

Optional Affirmation:
“My energy is sovereign, sacred, and protected in divine light.”
