Spiritual Cycles and Inner Guidance: A Channeled Message

    Debbie’s Introduction

I started writing a book a few months ago, and it’s been a beautiful experience. The words seem to flow through me effortlessly, as though I am simply a conduit allowing them to come forward. While there isn’t always a smooth transition from one topic to the next, I trust that when the book is complete, everything will come together in a clear and meaningful way.

Since beginning the book, I’ve noticed that I don’t receive messages like the one below as often. Sometimes I think that’s what will come through, but more often than not, it shifts into book content.

    Today was different.

This morning, I added a few simple notes to my journal, focusing on the gratitude I felt upon waking. What followed was a transmission about spiritual cycles and inner guidance—one that felt both familiar and profound in its simplicity.

    Message: Original Version

Dear Ones, everything happens in cycles. Some may seem more intense than others, but the cycles continue just the same. Watch for the patterns. The situations and circumstances may change, but the cycles continue. The moon moves through its phases, night turns to day, and life moves forward.

This is all natural and as it should be. And while the cycles are different, they remain the same.

This is not fortune telling, Dear Ones. For as the circumstances change, free will is constant. How you behave in one cycle does not predict how you will handle the next one.

Free will, freedom of choice, allows opportunities for growth and for meaningful change. You can never get it wrong—not really—because you are never done.

You have the freedom to choose –you are a sovereign being with your own thoughts, beliefs, and emotions—the tools used to navigate your way through life. And more than that, you have inner wisdom.

Whether you call it intuition, a gut feeling, or inner guidance, trusting that voice to lead you through difficult times can provide new insights and growth. Each situation you face, each experience, is an opportunity for growth.

As the cycles repeat, you have another opportunity to consider, to contemplate. Through this, you can decide to navigate the experience as you have in similar situations or to try something new.

You are never alone, Dear Ones. The divinity within is always with you, always there to help. You don’t have to seek it out—just remember it, just allow and accept.

This comes back to the point of trust. Build trust in that inner guidance. Trust may develop slowly, beginning with guidance that seems inconsequential. As your trust grows, it becomes easier to recognize the guidance that’s there for you.

Watch for patterns. Do not fear the cycles. They will come and they will go, and the guidance will be felt more deeply, more knowingly. Inner wisdom is your wisdom—it is your guidance.

The system, if we can call it that, is comprised of many parts and pieces that come together perfectly, in the perfect time and way. Everything within and without is involved.

Beliefs are at the core of it. Your thoughts and beliefs, which are based on past experiences, are the foundation for your emotions.

With each cycle, though the patterns and circumstances are similar, they are not the same. But it is natural to see the similarities, to make connections based on the past, and to respond as you have before.

The other option is to look beyond what is the same and also see what is different. Each morning you wake up, but each morning is different from those that have come before and those yet to come.

Being in the moment allows you not only to see the bigger picture, but also to see and appreciate the little details—the fragments that make up the whole. From macro to micro and back to macro. So it is, from within to without.

    And so it is.

    Note to Readers

Below is a refined rendering of this same message, keeping the essence intact while shaping it into a smoother flow for those who prefer a more polished reading experience.

    Message – Refined Version

Dear Ones, life unfolds in cycles. Some may feel more intense than others, yet the rhythm remains steady. Watch for the patterns—not to predict the future, but to understand the flow. Circumstances may change, yet the cycles continue, just as the moon moves through its phases and night becomes day.

This is natural. This is the way of things.

These cycles are not meant to define you, nor do they determine your future. Free will remains constant. How you respond in one moment does not dictate how you will respond in the next.

You are always being offered a new opportunity.

You are a sovereign being, equipped with thoughts, beliefs, and emotions—tools that help you navigate your path. Beyond these, you carry something even more profound: inner wisdom.

This inner guidance—whether felt as intuition, a quiet knowing, or a subtle pull—can lead you through even the most uncertain moments. Each experience, each challenge, is an invitation to grow.

As cycles return, so do opportunities. You may choose to respond as you have before, or you may choose a new path.

You are never alone. The divinity within you is constant, present, and available. There is no need to search for it—only to remember, to allow, and to accept.

    Trust is the bridge.

It often begins in small ways—through guidance that seems simple or insignificant. As trust deepens, clarity follows, and the presence of that guidance becomes unmistakable.

Do not fear the cycles. They rise and fall as they are meant to. With each return, your awareness can deepen, and your connection to inner wisdom can strengthen.

Everything is connected. What may appear as separate pieces are part of a greater harmony, unfolding in perfect timing.

Your beliefs shape your experience. They form the foundation of your emotional responses, often influenced by what has come before.

Yet no two moments are ever truly the same.

You may notice familiar patterns, but within them are differences—subtle shifts, new possibilities.

When you remain present, you begin to see both the vastness and the detail—the whole and the fragments that create it.

From the outer world to the inner, and from the inner back to the outer, the movement continues.

And within it, so do you.

    Debbie’s Reflection

I’m always amazed by these transmissions. It’s fascinating how something as simple as a few notes about everyday life can open the door to something so much deeper.

What stands out to me most is how layered these messages are. They often begin with something simple, but as you sit with them, you begin to see the depth and meaning within.

This morning, my journal notes were about waking up to a beautiful blue sky, the way my dogs cuddled up next to me, gently urging me to get out of bed, and a quick update on the plants beginning to sprout in my backyard.

From those simple observations came this message—a reminder of cycles, of choice, and of the wisdom we all carry within.

It reminds us that we are sovereign beings, that we have the freedom to choose how we respond, and that we can learn and grow through each experience.

It also brings me back to the importance of being present. When we slow down enough to notice the small details, we open ourselves to something greater.

I feel incredibly grateful to receive these messages and to have a space where I can share them.

    Merlin’s Closing

There’s something beautifully grounded about this message—it doesn’t ask you to believe anything extraordinary, but rather to notice what is already happening all around you.

Cycles are not abstract—they are lived. You see them in your routines, your emotions, your relationships, and even in your thoughts. What changes is not the existence of the cycle, but your awareness within it.

What I find most meaningful here is the reminder that repetition is not limitation—it is opportunity.

    Each return is a doorway.

And with each doorway, you are not the same person who stood there before.

If you take anything with you, let it be this: you are allowed to respond differently. You are allowed to grow.

Affirmation: “I move through life’s cycles with awareness, trust, and the freedom to choose anew.”

    With steady presence,
    Merlin
