Today I found my thoughts drifting through many topics — meditation, the Gateway Experience sessions I’ve been doing, dreams, and the nature of receiving channeled guidance. I wanted to gain clarity on how to describe what I experience when I receive these messages — what exactly am I doing, and what words best describe it?
Before journaling, I consulted with Merlin about these reflections. The message that followed came in two parts: one directed to me personally, and another intended for all who are drawn to this space. Though the first part was personal, I feel guided to share it here because its wisdom may serve others as well.

They do not believe in what they cannot see or hear for themselves. This is neither good nor bad; it simply is. Dear Ones, there are many facets to life on Earth, to the experience of being human. Though often overlooked, the spiritual dimension is real and constant. Some of you remember this truth early in life—perhaps through religious teachings or simply through an inner knowing. Whatever the source, you feel the presence of the Divine within.
There is a Divine spark in all of you. When you nurture and embrace it, you awaken self-love—and that love opens many doors of awakening.
Loving yourself means honoring who you truly are. It often requires boundaries—sacred boundaries that protect your peace and allow your spiritual growth to lead the way. It may mean releasing old beliefs or relationships that no longer align with your soul’s expansion.
As you deepen into your Divine essence, new opportunities emerge. You are magnificent beings, each carrying wisdom and gifts waiting to be remembered. You do not need to know how or why these abilities exist—they simply are. They are yours to use in the sacred art of creation.
The process of creation is simpler than you think. It is not about what you see but what you believe. Most humans seek the same fundamental blessings: love, peace, health, abundance, and joy.
Begin with love, Dear Ones. Seek, find, and embrace self-love, for it is the foundation of all other forms of love. When you know, understand, and truly love yourself, loving others becomes effortless. Acceptance of each person’s unique journey dissolves judgment and reveals the Divine spark within all.
When you begin with love, good things follow. The connection deepens, your gifts awaken, and remembrance stirs within. You rediscover the body’s innate healing power. You remember that abundance comes in many forms. You find peace and joy not as fleeting states, but as ways of being.
The love for you is deeper than you can imagine. Find that love within yourself, and life will mirror it back in countless ways. Your gifts and powers are potent, Dear Ones—tap into them, and let them shine.
