Before meditation, I was thinking about recent events that relate to politics and many other aspects of life in the United States. Like many across the nation and around the world, Charlie Kirk has been on my mind. I know that everything has meaning and every life has purpose.
I reflected on how the world has shifted throughout my lifetime. While we have more conveniences, we also live with more restrictions. My thoughts moved to the way everything is connected, how synchronicities are more than coincidences—they are messages with meaning. Then I thought about the name of Charlie Kirk’s organization, Turning Point USA, and how significant those words feel at this time.
The message I received seemed to validate those thoughts. It reminds us that while darkness still shows itself, the light surrounding us continues to grow—and light will always overcome shadow. Even a single flame can illuminate what has been hidden.
