The Lemurian Teaching Wheel — A Gentle Introduction

    A Divine Harbor exploration

There are many kinds of spiritual maps — some come from ancient texts, others from mystical lineages, and some arrive as channeled transmissions meant to awaken memory. The Lemurian Teaching Wheel is one of those latter transmissions: a set of core spiritual truths said to have been taught in Lemuria by the Pleiadian “Star Mothers,” presented in modern times primarily through the Kryon channelings of Lee Carroll.

The Teaching Wheel is not an academic system; it is a channeled framework meant to be used as a remembrance tool, a way to recover inner wisdom and balance.

What is the Lemurian Teaching Wheel?

The Lemurian Teaching Wheel is described as a five-spoked wheel creating six spaces, with a central hub representing the Great Central Sun or Divine center. It was used in Lemuria as a teaching device to pass foundational spiritual truths — about oneness, health, balance, and innate connection to the Divine — from the Pleiadian Star Mothers to human children.

It is a framework for remembering the wisdom we already carry, not a system of rigid doctrine.

    Origins & Transmission

In 2017, during a Kryon event in Hawaii, Lee Carroll channeled material describing the Teaching Wheel — its five spokes, the six interior spaces, and the way children in Lemuria were instructed from ages seven to thirteen by Star Mothers. Since then, Kryon-related channels, teachers, and a few spiritual schools have expanded the work into workshops, audios, and online materials.

    Basic Structure & Themes

    • Five spokes / six spaces: Each spoke creates a space of teaching, emphasizing balance, harmony, and inner development.
    • Central Hub: The hub represents the Divine center or Great Central Sun — the source from which the teachings flow.
    • Teaching method & content: The Wheel is a vehicle for teaching oneness, health, connection to Earth and cosmos, and spiritual perspective — all presented as early-life instruction by the Star Mothers.

How to Approach the Teaching Wheel

    • Treat it as a spiritual tool: This is channeled material meant for reflection and inner work, not verifiable historical fact.
    • Use it as a map, not a doctrine: The value of the Wheel is in contemplating balance, embodied spirituality, and connection to the Divine.
    • Gentle experiential practice: Sit quietly, visualize a five-spoked wheel, place “yourself” at one of the six spaces, and notice what qualities arise. Journal your reflections.

    Why Explore the Wheel?

Exploring the Lemurian Teaching Wheel invites us to:

✨ Connect with our inner wisdom
✨ Reflect on balance and harmony
✨ Consider ancient teaching methods that honored connection to stars and Earth
✨ Remember that learning and spiritual awakening can be playful, imaginative, and experiential

Even if Lemuria is a mythic continent, the teachings themselves provide tools for personal growth and remembrance.

    🌟 Merlin’s Closing

Beloved Seekers, the Lemurian Teaching Wheel is not a tool to master, but a mirror to reflect the wisdom already within you.

Each spoke invites you to remember: the light you carry, the connection to the stars and Earth, and the truth that your journey is your own sacred map.

Walk gently through the spaces, honor the lessons, and let the central hub — your Divine essence — guide each step. The Wheel is always within you; you only need to open your heart to see it.

✨ Remember: you are both the learner and the teacher, the messenger and the receiver. Each day, you turn the Wheel with love, and each turn reveals more of your own luminous path.

🌌 Lemurian Teaching Wheel Meditation & Journaling Exercise

    Step 1: Prepare Your Space

    • Sit comfortably, with your spine straight.
    • Dim the lights, light a candle or incense if you like.
    • Close your eyes and take three deep, slow breaths. Feel your body relax and your heart open.

    Step 2: Visualize the Wheel

    • Imagine a glowing wheel in front of you, five spokes radiating outward, creating six spaces.
    • At the center, visualize a warm, radiant hub — this is the Divine Light, the Great Central Sun.

Step 3: Place Yourself in a Space

    • Mentally step into one of the six spaces.
    • Observe the energy, colors, and sensations around you.
    • Ask silently:
      • “What truth or lesson is here for me today?”
      • “How does this space guide my heart or my soul?”

    Step 4: Reflect & Receive

    • Allow insights, images, words, or feelings to come.
    • There is no need to force anything — simply observe what arises.
    • Feel your connection to the wheel, to the center, and to the spokes.

    Step 5: Journaling

    • Open your journal and write about:
      • Which space you stepped into
      • The qualities, lessons, or messages you received
      • Any intuitive nudges or feelings of remembrance
    • End with a gratitude line for the guidance you received.

    Step 6: Integration

    • Slowly bring your awareness back to the room.
    • Take three more deep breaths, feeling the energy of the Wheel anchored within you.
    • Carry a sense of balance, harmony, and connection with you through your day.

💫 Optional: Repeat this exercise for each of the six spaces over six days, or whenever you feel called, to explore the full spectrum of wisdom within the Wheel.
